Cactus Wren Silver & Copper Earrings

The birds in the Sonoran Desert in Arizona are so beautiful and I pay homage here to the Cactus wren who frequently can be found sitting atop the glorious Saguaro cactus. I etched the wren and cactus top in silver and overlaid it onto the copper disc and then gave the copper a deeper patina to show off the wrens. The earrings are approximately 2-1/2' long and almost 2" wide.
